In the Fall 2024 semester, students from Dr. Denise Finney and Professor Cari Freno's LINQ course (BIO/ENVS-350A and ART-106) installed sculptures across the Ursinus College campus that explore the nature of humanity's relationship to soil. After learning about the significance of soil health and various ways that artists explore concepts to create visual representations, groups of art and science students collaboratively conceptualized and produced works of art investigating a specific threat to soil health.
