Description

An original poster produced by Sequoyah Graphics urging the public to contact the three-judge panel for a new fair trial for activist Leonard Peltier. Leonard Peltier was arrested for the shooting deaths of two FBI agents at Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in 1975. A committee was established to help Leonard Peltier receive a new and fair trial. The poster features a quotation from Peltier along with his portrait, an eagle and feathers. Text on the poster reads: "Justice for Native People."
