This collection of Ursinus College theater programs primarily covers the era of the Curtain Club productions held in Thompson-Gay Gymnasium. Dates of those productions range from 1938 to 1967. Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Helfferich were often noted as being heavily involved in many of the productions (as directors and advisors and often supplying costumes, props and furniture). The programs contain cast and crew information as well as scene breakdowns and local advertisements. They also contain histories of Curtain Club performances for various years as well as information about Alpha Psi Omega.
The collection also contains programs from the ProTheatre era under the direction of Joyce E. Henry. Some programs are attached to scrap book pages and may be incomplete. Programs from other eras will be added as time and resources allow.
