Description
A picture of me (Levi Fritz '26) taken by my friend and travel buddy (Abby Myren '26) ripping a solo performance of 晴れ by ヨルシカ in a karaoke parlor in Shinjuku, Tokyo. A popular pass time in Japan, dozens of karaoke parlors line the streets of Tokyo. This particular karaoke parlor happens to be twenty stories tall, and our room was all the way up on the 17th floor. The spectacle of the venue elevated our tipsy performance of "Love Shack" by the B-52s from silly to legendary.
