Description
A typed letter from Miriam E. Bixler addressed to Alfred L. Shoemaker, dated February 11, 1949. Bixler provides a recipe for "moshey pie," which is made with molasses, flour and bits of leftover dough. She also notes reminiscences of her father, an undertaker, regarding food customs at funerals.
