Project Description
This research seeks to examine the culture of one specific subcommunity of TikTok: Moms of TikTok. This paper reports on a three-month ethnographic study in which I immersed myself within the Moms of TikTok community in order to understand the rules and expectations of the members. First, I will present the research method, then I will describe the social norms/implicit rules, and finally I will consider the implications of this work.
