Description
This typed letter to William Means from Mateo Jose Guerrero Flores requests the International Indian Treaty Council (IITC) to cooperate and assist the Nicaraguan government, the United Nations, the International Red Cross and the Inter American Human Rights Commission with problems concerning the Miskito Indians of Central America.
