My dear Major Carson:
Mr. P. A. Clisdell, representative at Buenos Aires of the General Electric Company, is cordially introduced to the Department of State by Mr. Sherrill, our Minister to the Argentine, and I take much pleasure in introducing Mr. Clisdell to you, with the request that you confer fully with him in regard to any means by which our export trade with the Argentine Republic may be increased.
