This issue of the Bulletin notes Robert Patterson's gift of $25,000 toward a new building for Ursinus and describes the events of the nineteenth Commencement Week. It prints in full President Bomberger's Baccalaureate address to the Class of 1890 and contains an obituary notice for J. Manton Mensch.
