Description
This is the one hundred second page of a scrapbook assembled and presented to Eleanor Snell by her student athletes on the occasion of Snell’s retirement testimonial dinner in May, 1970.
This page features a photograph of the Ursinus women's basketball team playing in a gymnasium as well as an article from the Ursinus Weekly newspaper about basketball.
The text reads, in part: "Bears Trample E-Burg; Casey Carson Scores 29 Points; L. Downes; Thinking that the West Chester game was tied - and then winning by one basket because of the scorebook."
