[Dear Miss Snell,]
[Each of us who has been under your direction and coaching at Ursinus respect and honor you - and for many different reasons. Your marvelous coaching record speaks for itself. For me however, your personal dignity and the dimension of dignity you gave to sports and physical education is just as important. Another thing that I appreciated was that any girl in physical education at Ursinus could remain as completely feminine as she wished.]
[For all the years of service and happiness you've given to others, I hope you will be repaid by many more interesting and happy years.]
[Sincerely,]
[Peggy Keagle Thomas]
