Dear Sir:

I heard you talk about apeas and Sand Tarts on your last Sunday’s program. That woman who told you they are two kinds of cake is right.

The recipes are entirely different. Both are very popular in our family for a long time. Both are very old recipes. I hope you’ll tell the results of this on the air.
