Michael Cyr is the Executive Director of the Opportunity Initiative, an organization dedicated to transforming financial health across the United States by introducing individuals and families to compassionate, people first solutions. On this webinar, we discuss how financial literacy and resources can help to improve people’s relationships with their finances, how we can be more empathetic to others regarding their financial situations, and how emotions may play a role in our financial behaviors.

About the Guest
Michael Cyr graduated from Ursinus College in 1992 with a degree in English. He was one of the co-founders of GALA, the college’s first gay and lesbian student group. He is the Executive Director of the Opportunity Initiative. Michael is also a recipient of the award for the “Best Feel-Good Show of the Year” by the Academy of Reality Television Awards for the PBS show Opportunity Knock$.
