My dear Mr. Innes:

I feel much chagrined to have kept you waiting a half an hour after having made an appointment to see you at eleven o'clock. It was unfortunately unavoidable and I hasten to express my regret and apology.

If convenient to you I shall be happy to see you tomorrow morning at ten-thirty.
