January 12, 1910.
Dear Miss Boardman:
I beg to acknowledge your letter of the 6th, wherein you are good enough to give me the names of the International Relief Committee so far as hitherto appointed. I infer that you think there should be a preliminary meeting called after we have heard from Justice White. Meanwhile, please consider me entirely at your disposition and command me at any time.
Very sincerely yours,
Miss Mabel T. Boardman,
The American National Red Cross,
