I beg to acknowledge your letter of the 6th, wherein you are good enough to give me the names of the International Relief Committee so far as hitherto appointed. I infer that you think there should be a preliminary meeting called after we have heard from Justice White. Meanwhile, please consider me entirely at your disposition and command me at any time.
