My dear Mr. Speyer:
Referring to our conversation this morning, when you informed me that you had decided at once to send Mr. Steinhart to Tegucigalpa as your representative, I beg to say that within the next two or three days I shall have pleasure in writing Mr. Jennings on the subject, and I shall simultaneously write again to you.
