Dear Mr. Wilson

I have examined your suggestions for reorganization of the State Department and am much interested.

I have also read the articles you were good enough to send me and they too also greatly interested and informed me. I will be glad to have some further talk with you and if you could conveniently call here say about four this afternoon I will be pleased to see you.

Sincerely yours

P C Knox
