Hon. P. C. Knox,
Secretary of State,
Belgrade Lakes, Maine.

Bryce wants to sign within the week and asks you to sign at your convenience as of same date convention providing for arbitration of pecuniary claims the list of these to be afterwards agreed upon. Hoyt, whose address is Asticou Inn, Northeast Harbor, Maine, and Clarke, who together have mostly handled it since Anderson left and myself all three see no objection to compliance. Will send you text to sign and to send on to Bryce if you find it satisfactory.
