Description
A letter from Wolfram Sievers, managing director of the Ahnenerbe, to Walther Wüst, curator of the Ahnenerbe. Sievers states that he is forwarding a letter from the Head of the Sicherheitspolizei and the SD as well as a letter from Dr. Paul Beyer which includes the document "My Successes with Dowsing Rods". Sievers asks that Wüst take action in forwarding the documents to Josef Wimmer, as the meeting they had planned had not yet taken place. A handwritten note from Wüst confirms this transaction.

Als Anlage übermittele ich Zuschrift des Chefs des Sicher-
heitspolizei und des SD vom 31.5.40 mit einem Schreiben des
Dr. Beyer vom 3.4.40, dem eine Schrift "Meine Erfolge
mit der Wünschelrute", beigefügt ist.
Da im Aktenvermerk vom 17.2.40 mitgeteilt wurde, dass in den
nächsten Tagen eine persönliche Zusammenkunft zwischen dem Ku-
rator und Professor Wimmer stattfinden würde und danach
weitere Mitteilungen folgen würden, diese Zusammenkunft aber
wegen Fehlens einer diesbezüglichen Mitteilung wohl bisher
nicht zustande gekommen ist, übermittele ich den ganzen Vorgang
nicht an Prof. Wimmer direkt, sondern bitte um weitere Veran-
lassung von dort aus. Den Aktenvermerk vom 13. bezw. 17.2.40 füge ich ebenfalls wieder bei.
