Project Description
Utilizing protein TDP-43 and fluorescent proteins to:
Investigate TDP-43’s LCD region in protein aggregates. Use fluorescent protein tagging to visualize co-localization and aggregation. Leverage yeast as a model system for studying LLPS and aggregation.
Can we target chaperone proteins to TDP-43 LCD region?
