Abstract
Trevor Mislan shared his mental health story while presenting his solution, Sentry. Sentry is a two-pronged solution; one entails intensive research on detecting unhealthy thoughts and the other on procuring immediate assistance. The Sentry app is designed to get people access to instant mental health help with just a couple of taps on a phone.
