Project Description
A research project about Chinese and Japanese food, featuring field notes on restaurants. This project examined restaurants on the basis of food quality, customer population, service, and decoration. In doing this, conclusions were sought as to whether or not restaurants say something about the status of Japanese and Chinese ethnicities in the eyes of the American public.
