Diesen beyden Ehegatten als Johannes Alspach und seiner/ehelichen Hausfrau Magdalena- eine gebohrne Heiserin ist/eine Tochter zur Welt gebohren Namens Rebecca im Jahr/Christi 1819: den 7—ten Tag August um 4 Uhr, /Nachmittags Diese Rebecca ist geboren und getauft in America/im Staat Pennsylvanien, in Schulkill Caunty, und in Braunschweig Taunschip. Obengemeldete Rebecca--- ist/getauft worden den 14ten Tag September 1819: von Herrn/Philip Maÿer, reformir. Prediger. Taufzeugen waren bey dieser/heiligen Handlung, der Ehrsame Daniel Hummel und deßen/Ehefrau Elisabeth.

To both of these spouses, Johannes Alspach and his legal wife Magdalena a born Heiser is a daughter to the world born named Rebecca in the year of Christ 1819 the 7th day of August at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. This Rebecca was born and baptized in America, in the state of Pennsylvania, in Schuylkill County, and in Braunschweig Township. Above-mentioned Rebecca was baptized the 14th day of September 1819 by Mister Philip Maÿer, Reformed Preacher. The baptismal sponsors were at this holy act the honorable Daniel Hummel and his legal wife Elisabeth.
