Translation

There in the garden stands a little tree that blooms so pretty. There sit the birds and sing so pretty. Heti Bauer[?]

Comment

The watermark might be that of John Butler (1780-1847). Probably a reward done for a student. Note the dialect spelling of schön (pretty) as schen and use of beimel for little tree.
