[Dear Miss Snell:]

[Even though I never participated on one of your varsity teams, it was my privilege to have attended Ursinus College and to have received instruction from you in my physical education courses.]

[I shall never forget the happy days which I spent at Ursinus nor shall I forget the excellent background with which you provided me so that I could successfully teach and coach in the West Reading School District for eight years.]

[Thank you for your guidance and may you find joy in your retirement.]
