Two volumes from the private library of the Reverend John Henry Augustus Bomberger (1817-1890), founder and first President of Ursinus College.
During his Philadelphia pastorate at the Race Street (German) Reformed Church (1854-1870), Bomberger served on the Board of Managers of the American Bible Society in Philadelphia and was for a time vice-president of the Pennsylvania unit of the Society.
