This project looked at how routine injection of different anti-inflammatory drugs effected the permeability of injured and un-injured skeletal muscle in male and female mice. The absorbance, muscle weight and permeability were compared between three treatment groups: Methanol (control), Ibuprofen, and Acetaminophen.
