Dear Sir:

Mr. Sands has been good enough to allow me to see your letter to him of August 25th, relative to the settlement of the debt of Guatemala, and also to the establishment of a National Bank in Guatemala.

I now write to ask if you will kindly favor me with copies of the two prints which you enclosed in the above mentioned letter, the one headed "Contract for the Organization of the National Bank of Venezuela", and the other "Contract Relating to the Settlement and Adjustment of the National Debt".
