The document is a copy of a typed letter from Huntington Wilson to the Secretary of State outlining things of importance at the Department of State. Wilson addresses the printing of the Alsop case, results of the recent consular examination, the recognition of Jose Madriz as the President of Nicaragua by Germany, the appointment of Rafael Arizaga to Ecuadorean Minister, new protocol with Alberto Yoacham, various loans, and the receipt of copies of the convention at Petersburg.
