Abstract

For our summer project, we studied the effects of carbon nanomaterials on antibiotic resistance. We used graphene to deliver ciprofloxacin to resistant and sensitive strains of Escherichia coli and ciprofloxacin-resistant coliforms to determine if bacterial growth was inhibited.
