David Solow is a Sous-chef in the Upper Wismer dining hall at Ursinus College. He is a very charismatic and kind person who loves his jobs and cares a lot about the students. David chose to participate in this photography project because he said, “I feel like a role model to the students and I like to be there for students, so I want to make sure that if I can help contribute to a student’s grade in any way I can.” This is why he wanted to help me with my photography project. David wanted to be photographed at a Friendly’s in Norristown, and the softball field that was right around the corner. These locations are meaningful to David because he met his wife at a Friendly’s, and his daughter started playing softball on this field when she was six years old. His daughter is named Madelynn, and she now plays softball for Ursinus.
