[I have no objections to the publication of my telegram unless it conflicts with President's letter accepting your resignation. As my telegram was sent without knowledge of contents of your letter to the President I respectfully ask that you show President your telegram to me and my answer to you as well as this telegram and secure his approval before publishing.]
