Designed by John Kristensen and Katherine McCanless Ruffin and set in Fairfield and Weiss types in an edition of 300 copies at Firefly Press, Somerville, Massachusetts. The photographs were printed by Meridian Printing of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, on Scheufelen Job Parilux paper.

Library copy is autographed by the authors.
